If data and files are frequently changed, various plugins should be active, and multiple users are working in Nextcloud, we recommend the SSD/Flash-based hosting products.

Support is included free of charge with the Nextcloud hosting subscription. We restore Nextcloud in case of errors and perform updates and upgrades for you.
Every night, a complete backup of the database and all files is created. This data is retained for 10 days. We restore the data free of charge upon request.
